Ultimate Kho Kho Day 13, 29 August 2022: The day witnessed two matches where remaining two teams qualified for the next round. Chennai Quick Guns registered win against Mumbai Khiladis and Telugu Yoddhas won against Gujarat Giants. Note that Mumbai has one match left and Rajasthan Warrior has 2 matches left to play in the current round. But even if both the team win their remaining matches they will not be able to cross 15 point mark. At the day 13 end of Ultimate Kho Kho league season 1, we have 4 qualified team on the overall point table.
Ultimate Kho Kho Day 13 Result
It was a deciding match for Mumbai Khiladis. Mumbai Khiladis won the toss and decided to defend. Chennai Quick Guns in the first round with attackers were able to register 24 points lead. At the end of second turn while defending Chennai Quick Guns not only scored dream runs but also had 32 points on score board. At the end of 2nd turn Mumbai was only able to put 24 points on scoreboard. In turn 3 Ramji Kashyap competed his 100points in tournament and in turn 4 Ramji Kashyam also was able to score dream run for the team. Mumbai Khiladis lost the match by 16 points and also lost the chance to qualify for next round of the tournament. Chennai Quick Guns became the 3rd team to make place in top 4 qualifiers.
With Gujarat Giants already in top 2 qualified team even if they lose all the upcoming matches. They have 20points on the table and others team not have many matches left that they could win and surpass the 20point marks. Telugu Yoddhas also came on the mat with aim to win it and make place in top 4 qualifying team. Gujarat Giants however made changes in their team and benched experienced players to take rest. New players introduced in the team could not do much and lost the match by massive 67 points. Telugu Yoddhas 88 score point is highest score in this tournament so far. Advut Patil scored 16 point dream run breaking record of Durvesh who scored 8 point dream run in the tournament.
