13th South Asian Game: Indian Kho Kho team defending champions looked determined to keep the title to themselves. In their first match against Sri Lanka in Kathmandu, Nepal, the Indian team looked high in spirit and play. The coordination and understanding looked strong between all the players.
Anand Pokarde, Captain of the team looked calm and composed and steered the team for their first win in 13th South Asian Game. on 1st December 2019, Team India beat Sri Lankan Kho Kho team by an inning and 13 points and now are aiming for creating final position in the semi finals.
The team will face Bangladesh on Tuesday 3rd December 2019. “India will have a good contest against aggressive Bangladesh having tremendous amount of endurance and speed but Indian team is a master in strategic move good planning and it’s execution. Plan A plan B and plan C are meticulous Crafted and changed as per the situation demands” said Prafull Vaidya who have grate interest in technical analysis of Kho Kho.
Kho Kho was included in the South Asian Game in 2016 for the first time. It will be interesting to see if India secures consecutive Gold in the South Asian Games and keep their dominance.
